Player Account Management (PAM)
One player, one wallet, one truth.
Player Account Management is the hub of the iGaming platform — registration, wallet, sessions, limits, bonuses, and responsible-gaming controls in one system that Games, KYC, Payments, and Fraud Detection all plug into. Every other module reads the player from here, and every regulator's report is written from here.
What it does
Every product an operator offers — casino, live dealer, sportsbook, poker — needs to know the same things about a player: who they are, what they can spend, what they have been promised, and what they have asked to be protected from. When each product keeps its own answer, limits are enforced in one place and not another, bonuses conflict, balances drift, and the report a regulator asks for has to be stitched together from systems that disagree.
PAM holds the single answer. One wallet spans every product and currency, so a deposit limit set once is enforced everywhere the player can wager. Sessions, devices, and logins are tracked centrally. The bonus engine applies wagering rules consistently across the catalogue. Responsible-gaming tools — limits, cool-off, self-exclusion — are enforced at the account, not the game. And the back-office that operations, support, compliance, and finance work in is one application with one audit log, so what a regulator sees is what actually happened.
Capabilities
Unified wallet across products and currencies
A single balance per player spanning casino, live, sports, and poker, held in fiat, crypto, or stablecoin as the market allows. Real-money and bonus funds are ring-fenced and reported separately.
Session, login, and device management
Every login, device, and session is recorded centrally. Concurrent-session policy, reality checks, and forced logouts are enforced from one place and feed straight into fraud scoring.
Bonus and loyalty engine
Welcome offers, reloads, free rounds, cashback, and tiered loyalty defined once with wagering, contribution, expiry, and eligibility rules — enforced identically across every title in the catalogue.
Responsible-gaming controls
Deposit, loss, wager, and session limits; cool-off and time-outs; self-exclusion synchronised with national registers; affordability triggers and customer-interaction workflows — all enforced at the account.
Segmentation and lifecycle triggers
Players grouped by behaviour, value, risk, and jurisdiction, with events pushed to your CRM and marketing tools — and every campaign filtered against responsible-gaming status before it sends.
Back-office with full audit
One application for support, operations, compliance, and finance with role-based access, four-eyes approval for sensitive actions, and an immutable log of who changed what, when, and why.
Frameworks we work against
Player protection, data handling, and security controls are built to the requirements regulators place on the system of record for player accounts.
- UKGC LCCP social responsibility
- Customer interaction, limit-setting, and self-exclusion requirements under the British Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice.
- National self-exclusion registers
- Integration with schemes such as GAMSTOP and their equivalents, so an excluded player is blocked across every licensed operator, including you.
- MGA player-protection directives
- The Malta Gaming Authority's requirements for player funds, limits, and responsible-gaming tooling.
- GDPR
- Player data held with documented purpose, retention, and access controls, with subject-access and erasure handled from the same back-office.
- PCI DSS
- Payment instrument data tokenised and kept inside a compliant boundary, so PAM never stores raw card numbers.
- ISO/IEC 27001
- Information security management for the system holding the most sensitive record an operator owns.
Why operators choose it
— The hub every module talks to
Games, KYC, Payments, and Fraud Detection all read and write the player through PAM. There is one account, one balance, and one history — and adding a product does not add a second copy of any of them.
— Limits enforced across every game, not per game
A deposit limit, a time-out, or a self-exclusion applies the instant it is set and everywhere the player could wager. Regulators test exactly this, and it holds.
— Regulators get the report, not a spreadsheet
Because PAM is the system of record, regulatory returns, player-fund reconciliations, and customer files are exports from one place — complete, consistent, and dated.
