How much do your services cost?

As with the most software development, the quote and the delivery times are calculated per project. One of our operators will gladly help you assess the development.

What are the payment options?

Currently the only payment option is wired transfer both, for monthly and annual subscriptions.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel the subscription to our services at any time. More details and the full Cancellation Policy will be provided by one of our operators.

Do you provide a refund after the cancellation?

Surely. The Refund Policy will also be provided during the initial introduction.

What is the duration of the development process?

The ETA fully depends on your specifications for the project. Some of the variables include: Technology proposed, team size, product design architecture and more. We can help you assess the project delivery times during the introductory call.

What will be required to assess my project?

We'll need all the details, mock-ups, documentation or descriptions you can provide. Any samples, flowcharts or additional visual cues will dramatically speed up the evaluation process.

What is the project development process?

The process of web, mobile, and desktop app development remains more or less the same. We follow the development ladder as Information gathering (Research), Analysis & Planning (Sitemap and Wireframe),Design (Layout & Content), Development & Coding, Testing & Launch,Maintenance.

Will you accomodate my time zone?

While the administrative office works at the fixed time periods, the development team hours are flexible to be tailored to your needs.

How many team members do you provide for a particular project?

We suggest teams in three different sizes – a small team (11 people), a middle-sized team (16 people), or a big-size team (21 people). Each team includes Backend and Frontend developers, the Team Lead, Project manager, Product Owner, QA tester, DevOps, UI/UX Designer.

Do you provide post-launch support?

Of course. We provide maintenance, improvement and routine check-up services for your apps best performance. The quote for the annual maintenances is calculated per project.

Can I communicate with the development team?

Surely. We'll arrange the means for you to have a direct communication channel with your dedicated account manager.
