Enterprise Asset Management tracks the lifecycle, maintenance, and uptime of your physical estate — from a single site to a distributed fleet — with maintenance planned from what the asset is actually telling you, not from the calendar alone.

What it does

Physical assets fail in two expensive ways: too early, because a fault went unnoticed until it stopped production, or too late in their life, because nobody had the data to say when repair stopped making sense and replacement should begin. In between, maintenance is done on a schedule that fits the calendar rather than the equipment — servicing machines that did not need it, and missing the ones that did.

We implement EAM so the asset speaks for itself. Every piece of equipment has a registry entry with its hierarchy, documents, warranties, and full work history. Preventive schedules are set by hours, cycles, or condition readings from sensors, not just dates. Work orders go to technicians on a phone with the asset's history, the procedure, and the parts required. Spare parts are stocked against real consumption. And because cost, downtime, and failure data accumulate on each asset over its life, the decision to repair or replace is made from a number rather than a hunch.

Every asset with its location, parent system, specifications, documents, warranties, and compliance certificates — structured as a hierarchy so a fault on a component is understood in the context of the system it belongs to.

Preventive and condition-based maintenance

Maintenance triggered by running hours, cycles, meter readings, or sensor thresholds as well as calendar intervals. Equipment is serviced when its condition says so, and left alone when it does not.

Work orders and a mobile technician app

Work orders with procedures, safety steps, parts, and asset history delivered to a phone or tablet. Technicians record time, readings, findings, and photos on site, offline if needed, and the record updates when they reconnect.

Spare parts and maintenance inventory

Parts linked to the assets that use them, stock levels set from actual consumption and lead time, and reservations against planned work so the technician arrives with what the job needs.

IoT sensor integration and telemetry

Vibration, temperature, pressure, and runtime data from sensors and control systems streamed against the asset record. Thresholds raise work orders automatically; trends inform the maintenance plan.

Lifecycle costing and replacement planning

Acquisition, maintenance, downtime, and energy cost accumulated per asset over its life, with failure rates and remaining-life estimates that turn repair-or-replace into a documented financial decision.
