We're looking for a Sales Manager to Join LavaPi. As our Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for crafting a data-driven sales strategy, forging unbreakable client bonds, and turning leads into loyal partners.
Qualification:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT or related fields;
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets;
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social selling platforms;
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills;
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities;
- Experience with CRM and task management systems;
- A tech-savvy mindset and understanding of the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mastermind a winning sales strategy: Analyze the market, identify high-potential leads, and build a pipeline that erupts with opportunities. Develop targeted lead generation campaigns that resonate with your ideal clients. Use data analytics to uncover hidden trends, refine your targeting, and measure the effectiveness of your efforts;
- Become the LinkedIn MVP: Connect with key decision-makers, nurture leads, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor. Use LinkedIn's analytics tools to track engagement, identify potential leads, and tailor your messaging for maximum impact.
- Channel your inner data-wizard: Track progress, analyze results, and optimize your approach. Dive deep into data to uncover insights that drive sales growth. Identify patterns, spot opportunities, and make data-informed decisions that propel your strategies forward.
